Custom Design Work

Thank you for your interest in a custom skin from Kiko Life. Please be thorough before you submit your request, as this forms definite guidelines for the work.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any of our skins, main lines or customs, unless there is a gross fault that cannot be rectified. No transfer = no refund.

Custom Work Turnover Times

It takes roughly two to three days for our to complete most larger changes, but we can accommodate quick changes as long as SL behaves and Photoshop does not have small chinese cats. We will estimate the time in the quotation.

Customs Pricing

Prices for custom work is the base cost of the skin (which you can purchase directly from the store, and wear as we work on your alterations), plus each change has a rate attached based on what it is. Some things we will do for free. We quote you on the work based on your requestions prior to beginning. If you do not specify ALL your changes before work begins, and require ADDITIONAL changes after completion as per your request, further charges will apply.
